A message dated May 19, 1999, was read stating the Senate has passed           
HB 131 with the following amendment:                                           
	                                                                              
	Page 1, line 11, following "plan":                                        
	Insert ", for a realignment of the right-of-way for the new                 
Seward Highway, for a realignment of the right-of-way for the                  
Alaska Railroad,"                                                            
                                                                               
And so, the following is transmitted for consideration:
